Blueberry Picking

FRUSTRATION and a Fartlek

WORKOUT 6 miles @ 8:25 pace on treadmill/ abs and weights at home I was a little sore from yesterday’s run, but everything felt fine once I got going. I didn’t wear my knee strap and guess what? My knee felt fine 🙂 Yay! WORKOUT 6 miles @ 8:03 pace on Bayshore/Abs The heat and humidity is back baby! We’ve had a nice break this week, with temps in the lower 60’s… until today. 6:15am and 71 degrees. Fun. Everything felt good and nothing was super sore or felt out of the norm. I’m glad my speed work from yesterday didn’t leave me too tight.
