WORKOUT Tuesday: 6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill/Pilates My run was lack luster and unfortunately so was Pilates. We had a sub and to be blunt, I didn’t like her. My new routine would have had me go to Body Pump this morning, but since my knee was a little sore yesterday, I decided to just hit the gym for weights instead. WORKOUT 16 miles @ 7:50 pace on trail While this was definitely a hot/humid run, it seemed a bit “nicer” out than normal, in the shade at least, haha. WORKOUT 6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill I have really been slacking in the foam rolling department lately, only using it when I’m sore. WELL, if I’d just use it more often, like I should, then I probably would be less sore to begin with! When will I learn? My run went fine once I got a mile or so into it. WORKOUT 8 miles @ a Garmin-less pace on the trail Dare I say it was a bit cooler this morning. Meaning it was only 75 with 80% humidity. Hey, I’ll take what I can get.
