WORKOUT No run for me today. I know… shocker! Happy Father’s Day!

WORKOUT Yesterday’s long run: 16 miles @ 7:52 pace Today: 8 miles @ 8:25 pace on treadmill I was worried I’d be sore this morning after my 16 miler yesterday, followed by being on my feet in heels most of the day, but I wasn’t! Iiiiiiit’s Wedding Time!

WORKOUT 6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill/ Abs I woke up sore from Body Pump yesterday! Yes! Since it was my third class, I was able to choose the right amount of weight and definitely pushed myself! Whether is running or lifting, I love feeling the burn! I’ve been keeping the weight low for squats and lunges since I don’t want to test my knee too much, so my legs aren’t sore, just my upper body. Marathon Movie Date Night

WORKOUT  6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump Woke up ready to run this morning, even if it was just on the treadmill. I think I was just excited for Body Pump after!
