I’m on day 3 of my “rest” week and I am growing restless! How did I ever get through 2 whole months when my knee was hurt?!

Sooooo, I think I know how I hurt my glute. Remember the below picture from THIS post?

Ya, well, I think lifting my leg up and holding it there right after my run and try to take a picture is what did it. The things I do for you people. Ha. I know I will never really KNOW how I hurt my glute, but the night after taking this picture, laying in bed at the hotel, is when I first felt it. Ugh. What a STUPID way to hurt myself.

Onto some better news… I know I always talk about the great deals at Publix, but seriously… can you blame me?! My latest deal was 4 bucks for cashew butter. SCORE. I never buy it from places like Whole Foods or The Fresh Market because it is just too darn expensive. I guess that’s why I’ve stuck with the fresh ground peanut butter from Publix or the almond butter my sister makes 🙂

  1. I’m a huge fan of fresh cashew butter! I like to make it homemade with a bit of agave syrup and sea salt, for those lazy mornings when I just want some toast. 🙂

    • I’m not 100% sure what the plan is, haha. I take Pilates at our old stomping ground- the Y. They have one instructor I REALLY like.
