Girls Night Take 2

WORKOUT 4 miles @ 8:15 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump I wanted today to be more like a rest day, so I kept it at 4 miles. WORKOUT  6 miles @ 8:30 pace on treadmill/ Abs My glute was a little tight when I woke up this morning. I kept the pace slow and it definitely helped loosen it up a bit. WORKOUT Wednesday: 6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump Thursday: 10 miles @ 8:14 pace on trail The humidity was down to 85%, so it was actually bearable out this morning, haha, and I had a nice little run. A Much Needed Weekend

WORKOUT Saturday: 6 miles @ 8:20 pace on treadmill I actually didn’t dread this treadmill run. Still felt my glute of course, but I wasn’t bored to death, which is unusual because nothing was on TV. WORKOUT Friday: 6 miles @ 8:24 pace on treadmill/ Abs I wanted to run 8 miles outside this morning, but something came up and I wasn’t able to 🙁 I know the only way to feel half way decent on my long runs is to run outside more during the week, so that’s what I’m trying to do. WORKOUT Thursday: 4 miles @ 8:30 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump Just trying to log some easy miles and test out my glute. I pushed it hard in Body Pump.
