WORKOUT Friday: 10 miles @ 8:20 pace on trail My legs were a bit sore- darn DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)- but like always, as I got moving they felt better. Things I’ve Been Loving Lately

WORKOUT Thursday: 6 miles @ 8:28 on treadmill/ Body Pump Friday: 10 miles @ 8:30 pace on trail Ugh. My legs were tired today. Because of my glute, I haven’t been doing the lunge portion of Body Pump, but I have been doing the squats (with body weight only) to take an active recovery approach. Post Run Fun

WORKOUT 6 miles @ 8:30 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump My legs were feeling it after yesterdays LR, but loosened up nicely during this run.  BP was good. That was HARD!

WORKOUT Saturday: 6 miles @ 8:24 pace on treadmill/ Body Pump I was only going to do 4, but felt good so I did 6. I was proud of myself in BP… I usually lift 30 lbs plus the bar (about 1.5 lbs) for the shoulder/clean and press. The instructor encouraged me to try a bit more, so I added 2.5 lbs on each side and I was able to do it!
