WORKOUT Monday: 4 miles @ 8:30 pace on treadmill/ Abs I was not feeling this run. Maybe because it was a different treadmill (I was in Orlando for work), but things just felt off. I Made It!!!

WORKOUT 18 miles @ 8:15 pace on trail Recappity-cap below 🙂 ****** Wellllll, as the title states, I MADE IT through my run today. I didn’t pass out on the side of the trail or have to cut my run short. Todd suggested I take a gel with me just in case and I’m sure that would have helped, but it totally slipped my mind this morning. WORKOUT Saturday: 4 miles @ 8:25 on trail/ Body Pump Boring ole run. I kept it at 4 miles to give me body extra rest. On a happier note, I made it through a whole bicep track today in BP without missing a rep! There was a short break halfway through and I don’t think I could have made it without that.
