WIAW: My Last Package
Happy Hump Day! Let’s celebrate by looking at pictures of food! PS There ended up being more links in this post than I imagined. They just go to explanations of whatever is linked, so feel free to explore my past 🙂
I’m trying the whole apple cider vinegar thing in the mornings and it’s rough.
Handful of blueberries before I head to work.
Still going strong with my half bottle of water per cup of coffee, thing. Like that mug? I made it myself 🙂
The day’s yogurt: 2% Fage Greek Yogurt with my mom’s homemade cranberry relish from Christmas. Mixed at home, eaten at work.
Obviously I had zoatmeal: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/3ish cup grated zucchini, vanilla cooked at 50% power for 5 minutes in the micro. Stirred in coconut creamer before pouring it into my container for work.
The coconut creamer really made the oatmeal whiter verse my normal oatmeal.
Smarties. Just because.
I went to my parents for lunch. Left over grilled chicken, more roasted cabbage/onions/carrots and an unpictured side of lentils.
Snackage of an apple and trail mix nuts- I snuck into Todd’s work stash! I’ve been loving the organic Braeburn apples from TJ’s lately. Two handfuls of nuts like below… more nuts (and chocolate) than usual because I forgot my pb&j 🙁
Came home and did an easy 4 miles on the tready. I really need a name for her… her? him?
Dinner was half of my LAST PACKAGE of Trader Joe’s Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli. I know Brittany will appreciate me still having a fall TJ’s product.
With a side of (again unpictured) steamed kale and my newest favorite way to eat green beans.
Green bean fries. These are fresh, uncooked green beans, dipped in a mixture of ketchup and mustard and they
taste crunch like fries. You need the mustard to combat the earthiness of the uncooked green bean. Kristin introduced me to this and now I’m obsessed. Just try it.
Finished the night off with a ice cream date with Pam. Halfway through eating and chatting I was like, Oh! I need to take a pic for the blog! Haha. Thankfully she reads HRF and totally understood 🙂
Thanks Jenn for the link up!
