*What I Ate Wednesday*
The break of the fast… Nothing unusual here. 2% Fage Greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Sometimes I throw it in the break room freezer right when I get in, so by the time I check e-mails and grab a cup of coffee, it’s slightly frozen around the edges 🙂
Zoatmeal, also with pumpkin and PPS, eaten at work. Obviously pumpkin isn’t only a fall thing in our household. All year long baby.
My Morning Medicine… Coffee made with Hot Cocoa instead of creamer and topped with marshmallows. I’m a regular barista over here 😉 Obviously followed by some water!
Snack… Random left over tomato and cucumber salad with basil.
Lunch… A never disappointing combo of left over roasted butternut squash, 2 dippy eggs (or as normal people call them, eggs over easy) and broccoli.
In case you were wondering, yes, I change out of my work pants when I get home for lunch… Riley would get them all white if I left them on!
More Snackage… PB&J. So simple, yet so good.
Din Din… Grilled chicken with broccoli and a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon. A staple dinner in the Winchell household.
Dessert… Homemade almond butter topped with TJ’s AB topped with My Protein Peanut Butter. I’m running low on that and it’s making me sad.
Followed by some doggy cuddle time. In which Riley became my blanket <3
Also, notice how some of my pictures are a little yellower than others? I take all my pics with my phone and sometimes it just decides to have that yellow hue. It’s really annoying. Anywho… Check out what other people ate on
