I love Brittany’s “Early Morning Confessions” posts and occasionally I steal her idea (best form of flattery ;), like today. I confess… *I am so pale. SO. PALE. Stuff I’ve Tried Lately

I tried Tim Tams… A lot of people at work have traveled to Australia and New Zealand lately and everyone keeps bringing back Tim Tams. They are are a very popular cookie there and they do this thing called a shot gun with them where they bite of the tip of opposite sides and then put one side in coffee and suck on the other side like a straw. I Ran Outside.

WIAW: Pumpkin, Sammie, Cookie

Happy What I Ate Wednesday! Is it fall yet?! Breakfast: I decided to switch things up and go the Fall route. After having pumpkin ice cream a few weeks ago, I decided to pull out the pumpkin. I mixed my Fage 2% Greek yogurt with pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, riced cereal and slivered almonds. Pumpkin pie in a glass 🙂 Of course followed by some peanut butter oatmeal. Snack: A delicious apple and half a Banana Nut Muffin Quest Bar. HAPPY MONDAY ladies and gents! I am sick of the heat and rain, but I guess things could be worse. I actually don’t have a case of the Monday’s, so there’s another thing to be happy about. Let’s hope this week flies by and we’re enjoying the weekend again 🙂 I took another Saturday Body Pump class. My mom came and it was a good time. TOLT: Friday Favorites on Thursday

Another Preggo PR. Are you guys annoyed with these yet? I promise I’m not trying to get faster and I don’t “speed up” on every run, but sometimes the legs are just feeling it. I mean, this PR is nothing huge, but it’s still a win in my book. 4 miles at just under a 9 pace, ~8:50. Take home soft serve on the couch while treating my legs right! Pregnancy: Weeks 17-20 with a Weekly Workout Recap!

Let’s take a look at my pregnancy during weeks 17-20. Here are my previous updates: weeks 1-7, weeks 8-12, and weeks 13-16. Weight Gained: At 16 weeks I had gained 8 lbs. 17 wks +0 lb,  18 wks + 1lb , 19 wks + 1 lb and by 20 weeks I gained 11 lbs total. Symptoms: My boobs aren’t sore anymore but they are huge! I always thought I’d want a boob job after having kids (since I hear it can make them saggy) but I’m seriously considering otherwise now, haha. Sleeping has become a guessing game.
