WORKOUT Easy 4 miles @ 8:35 on Treadmill Let me tell you, it is getting harder and harder to stay at an “easy” pace during my runs. Green is Good!

WORKOUT Rest. Pilates at the YMCA. I’ve run 4 straight days since my healing hiatus and I thought today would be a good rest day. I got new hot pink capris for VDay AND my favorite Pilates class was today, so I figured it was the perfect time to rock them!  Class was packed and the instructor, Mary Anne, really killed our abs! Crock Potting it up!

WORKOUT Easy 4 miles @ 8:35 on Treadmill Never thought I’d be sore from an easy 6 miler, but my quads were a little tight today. Aww who am I kidding? I love being sore! It means my legs are kicking again and ready to put in some work… in due time of course. Today’s run went the same as yesterdays. The first 2m were fine then the knee feeling made an appearance. Ugh. BFF Debut and Let’s go Hornets!

WORKOUT Easy 6m @ 8:30 on Treadmill WOW. This run was even better than the last! The first 2 miles were virtually painless, and by painless I mean it didn’t feel weird at all. The “different” feeling did creep up a bit after that, but nothing like it was on my first run. It’s almost like running is flushing out whatever badness is in my knee. My knee is leaking?!?

WORKOUT Easy 4 miles @ 8:35 on Treadmill Everything felt the same as yesterday… not 100% but still not normal. ****** Last night Todd was talking to his mom and of course she asked how my knee was doing. The last time he talked to her I didn’t have the results from my X-Rays or MRI. Spirit of the Marathon News

Workout: Easy 3m @ 8:35 on treadmill This might sound silly, but this run gave me the runners high. I was on cloud nine from start to finish. SO happy to be running again! What’s the REAL holiday today?

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! I came across this little gem and thought it was right up my ally! We started the day off right this morning with pink peanut butter pancakes with peanut butter chips and turkey sausage on the side!
