Happy Monday!!! Here’s a rundown of my pretty great week/end… On Wednesday I had a hard workout on the plan and I killed it. I Made It!!!

I didn’t pass out on the side of the trail or have to cut my run short. Sunday Funday told on Monday

WORKOUT Rest/ Weights and Abs My knee was sore last night and a tiny bit sore this morning. Per my 2 rest days each week plan, I took today as a rest day. I did lift at the gym though. I did more upper body weights, as I’m trying to stay away from putting any additional stress on my knee.
