Wednesday Tempo

I got in two really great runs with Jolene last week. I don’t know what happened, but out of no where, my comfortable pace dropped to the low 8:00’s. Not gonna lie, it felt good! I know running with Jolene is what helped. Miles fly by with her. I really focused on listening to her footsteps to increase my cadence and it worked! Watch n Pancakes

I’m one of those unlucky people that had to work today- wah wah. But that’s OK… half the people took today off so it’ll be quiet at work. Today is Kara’s 1 year 7 month Bday, so we took some extra time this morning to hang out. 19 months

My running game has been strong this past week and I’ve run almost every day <3 I had to take a little over 3 weeks off and I was surprised at how quickly my paces bounced back. It is H.O.T.T. hott here in Florida and I definitely haven’t adjusted to running in it. Per usual, I’ve been loading up on Nuun and that has definitely helped.
